VCU Winter Ball

We had so much fun at the Winter Ball this year.Lots of friends, food, games, and dancing!This time it was held at the Richmond Convention Center.Not as pretty as the Jefferson Hotel but plenty of room to dance.They had a room full of carnival games and it was fun to watch our future surgeons play the life size Operation game.(Based on that, I don't know if I would trust any of them doing surgery on me!)

A Lunch to Remember

A few months ago we saw a groupon for lunch at Feathernesters.

We looked it up online and it looked good so we decided to get it.

Some of my coworkers had told me about it too and they have a cute shop there.

A few weeks ago, we went for lunch and when we walked in we both starting laughing.

Todd was the only male in there and we were probably the youngest people by at least 30 years.

The old lady sitting next to us, asked if we wanted our picture taken because we were on "a cute, little date."

The food was good and the shop was cute! 

But it's a place to go with your girlfriends, not so much your husband!

Natural Bridge, Foam Henge, Humpback Rock.

A few weekends ago, we decided to take advantage of this awesome winter weather we are having.

We headed to the western part of the state to see the Natural Bridge.

On our way back, we saw a sign for Foamhenge and decided to see what it was.

It was definitely an interesting replica of Stonehenge someone created.

We also stopped in the Blue Ridge Parkway and hiked up to Humpback Rock to watch the sun set.
